Since joining Safelite Group in 1988, Tom Feeney has held several positions within the organization including senior vice president retail operations. In October 1991, Feeney was promoted to senior vice president, client sales and support and again in 2003 as executive vice president and chief client officer with responsibility for Safelite Solutions. Feeney became president and CEO of Safelite Group in 2008 and introduced a new vision for Safelite supported by two core principles: “People Powered, Customer Driven.”

Tim Spencer

Since joining the Safelite Group’s parent company, Belron, in 1994, Tim Spencer has successfully held a number of key roles. In his role of Head of Group Finance, he was responsible for Belron’s corporate financial management. As Regional Director of Finance, he also held finance responsibility for Belron’s Southern and Central European, Turkish and Chinese businesses. Spencer assumed the role of CFO in January 2017.

Steve Miggo first joined Safelite in 2008 as the senior vice president of human resources and leadership development where he successfully implemented a strategic talent management initiative aimed at creating a People Powered, Customer Driven culture. With a proven track record in both HR and operations, in 2012, he transitioned to senior vice president for the Safelite AutoGlass retail business, including operations of its 720+ retail and warehouse facilities, and more than 6,000 technicians and repair specialists, along with quality, technical training, and centralized support functions. In 2015, his responsibilities were expanded to include manufacturing and supply chain.

Ryan Trierweiler

Ryan Trierweiler joined Safelite in October 2018 and is responsible for enhancing the company’s people-focused culture through integrated human resource strategies. His proven expertise driving results in fast-paced and complex business environments will greatly serve the company’s strategic initiatives moving forward. Trierweiler’s previous experience includes global HR and operational leadership roles at companies like PepsiCo, Pfizer, and Bloomin’ Brands.


Renee Cacchillo

Renee Cacchillo is a 20+ year veteran of the retail and consulting industry.  She joined Safelite in 2011, where she held a variety of leadership roles in operations, data analytics, digital marketing, and advertising. Today, she is known as the architect of Safelite’s Customer Driven strategy, successfully leveraging the company’s core competencies in aligning the customer experience, marketing efforts, client relationships, and technical enhancements more acutely. She also leads the company’s innovation efforts with Safelite Works—an innovation hub that develops solutions for Safelite’s people, customers, and clients. Cacchillo is responsible for driving performance to further establish Safelite as a world-class service organization.

Cindy Elliott

Cindy Elliott

SVP and General Counsel

Cindy Elliott joined Safelite as corporate attorney in 1997 and has been promoted within the legal function of the company on several occasions over the years. Highly respected across the business for her broad legal expertise and excellent commercial sense, Elliott was promoted to vice president and general counsel in June 2015. In this role, Elliott is responsible for developing, directing and overseeing all legal affairs for Safelite Group. She also partners closely with Safelite Group’s legislative affairs team.

Dan Loyal

Dan Loyal

SVP of Sales and Operations, Eastern U.S.

Dan Loyal has been a trusted leader since 1974. He was tapped by Sears as an executive manager for a variety of areas including automotive and retail before transitioning to Glass by Sears in 1986. In 1994, he was recruited by Safelite AutoGlass to help expand in North Carolina. From that time on, he has worked his way up leadership roles within the company. As senior vice president of sales operations for the eastern portion of the U.S., Loyal is responsible for leading the company’s field operations, field sales, and warehouse teams while managing the company’s rapid growth and improving operational performance for the eastern half of the country.

Garth Beck

SVP of Sales and Operations, Western U.S.

Garth Beck has nearly four decades in the industry, having begun his career as an auto glass technician in 1980 and has held other leadership positions throughout his career. As senior vice president of sales operations for the western portion of the U.S., Beck is responsible for leading the company’s field operations, field sales, and warehouse teams while managing the company’s rapid growth and improving operational performance for the western half of the country from New Orleans, LA north to Chicago, IL.
